General 一般
  • Free delivery services within West Malaysia on purchases above RM120.
  • For orders under RM120, a delivery fee of RM10 will apply.
  • No changes are allowed after payment has been made.
  • Goods will only be dispatched after payment has been received.
  • 西马地区消费者凡在单张收据消费满120令吉,即可获免费快邮运送。
  • 消费未满120令吉者,将征收10令吉的运输费。
  • 产品一经订购恕不更换。
  • 产品将在消费者付款后立即获得处理。
Delivery 快邮服务
  • Central & Southern Malaysia: 1-3 working days.
  • Northern Malaysia: 2-4 working Days.
  • East Malaysia: No delivery available.
  • One delivery address per transaction only.
  • Delivery cut-off date for the Lunar New Year is on the 1st February 2019, before 4pm.
  • Orders made after 4pm on 1st February 2019 will arrive after 5th February 2019.
  • Online orders placed after 1 p.m. on Thursdays will only be shipped/delivered on the following Monday.
  • 中马及南马地区产品出货后将于1至3个工作日运送。
  • 北马地区产品出货后将于2至4个工作日运送。
  • 东马地区恕无快邮服务。
  • 货品只依据单据地址运送。
  • 网上新春订单截止日期为01/02/2019,下午4点之前
  • 01/02/2019,下午4点之后订购的货品将陆续在05/02/2019后送达。
  • 凡于星期四下午一点之后订购的货品将在来临的星期一送达。
Packaging 包裝
  • All barbecued meat products are packed in vacuum bags and come with premium gift bags.
  • All meat floss products are packed in airtight containers.
  • 所有肉乾产品皆採用真空包装及附赠独特精美礼包。
  • 所有肉松肉丝产品皆以密封罐包装。
Storage 产品保存
  • Customers are advised to consume our products as soon as possible after opening.
  • 产品开封后请尽速食用完毕。
