General 一般
- Free delivery services within West Malaysia on purchases above RM150.
- For orders under RM150, a delivery fee of RM10 will apply.
- No changes are allowed after payment has been made.
- Goods will only be dispatched after payment has been received.
- 西马地区消费者凡在单张收据消费满150令吉，即可获免费快邮运送。
- 消费未满150令吉者，将征收10令吉的运输费。
- 产品一经订购恕不更换。
- 产品将在消费者付款后立即获得处理。
Delivery 快邮服务
- Central & Southern Malaysia: 4-8 working days.
- Northern Malaysia: 5-10 working Days.
- East Malaysia: No delivery available.
- One delivery address per transaction only.
- 中马及南马地区产品出货后将于4至8个工作日运送。
- 北马地区产品出货后将于5至10个工作日运送。
- 东马地区恕无快邮服务。
- 货品只依据单据地址运送。
Packaging 包裝
- All barbecued meat products are packed in vacuum bags and come with premium gift bags.
- All meat floss products are packed in airtight containers.
- 所有肉乾产品皆採用真空包装及附赠独特精美礼包。
- 所有肉松肉丝产品皆以密封罐包装。
Storage 产品保存
- Customers are advised to consume our products as soon as possible after opening.
- 产品开封后请尽速食用完毕。
